Obviously, I am behind on posting. We are having a fun, and very busy summer. I will just have to let the pictures speak for themselves.
Ben had a great day. We had presents, dinner at Buca Di Beppo and cheesecake. Turns out Ben is not a fan of cheesecake, he also is not a fan of birthday cake, next year we are going to have birthday slurpees, or I may follow Trish's lead and just get him a big box of bagels.
I love all of your boys piled on you when you are opening your presents. We aren't a big cake family either- we always get pie and it drives Eric crazy because his family is a chocolate cake and ice cream family. We've also done donuts, strawberry shortcake and cookie pie and it still isn't what he would expect!
Happy Birthday, Tara!! My sister-in-law makes "cakes" for her kids out of stacked doughnuts. The kids ask for them and it's super easy and yummy! Not as healthy as bagels though.
Happy Birthday again guys!! So great to see a post. I haven't checked here for a while. Bagels might be the way to go next year, he looks pretty happy to have them. Cute!
