Disneyland!

We are back.   Actually, we were back quite awhile ago, but I am pretty slow.  We had a GREAT time at Disneyland.   It was a good time to go, not to crowded, perfect California spring weather, and boys of all the right ages.   I was glad that Nick loved Space Mountain (also my favorite ride) and we went a zillion times.   Everyone loved Buzz Lightyear.  Ben like the Jungle Cruise the best, and Zach loved everything.   I was worried he might not enjoy it, but he loved watching everything and going on all the rides.    He did not love the characters we saw.   He would push them away with both hands if they got too close.    We got to have breakfast at Goofy's kitchen.   We had a minor earthquake, which we didn't feel, although it seems like everyone else did.   It even put the Indiana Jones ride out of commision the next day, which was okay with us.  Ben was too short and Nick hated, I repeat HATED it.   Despite some rotten chicken in the condo, some stomach flu or carsickness (not sure which) on the way down, I wouldn't change a thing.   We had a great time.   We were long overdue for a family vacation.   Ben kept saying look everyone it is our whole family!!!   Here are some of our favorite pictures...

Those are some great pictures! It looks like you all had a great time, minus the barf and decaying chicken flesh! I LOVE the picture of Ben fighting Darth Vader! Nick is so brave facing down Darth Mal...he is one creepy guy! I am glad you had such a great time!

Great pictures, glad you had a good time. I see that Zach has his hand on Mickey. He is an awfully big mouse! OK, if you don't think Eric and Zach are two peas in a pod the picture of them proves it.

What a great time. I love that you surprised your kids with that trip. I can only imagine the looks of JOY on their faces and how fun that must have been for you to see that.
